Yoga For Crafters:

Are you tired of feeling tense and stiff after a marathon evening of crafting?  Do aches and pains keep you from enjoying your favorite pastime?  Then come to the Yoga for Crafters class.  In this class we will show you how to ready different parts of the body from your toes to your eyes for a session of crafting by strengthening and stretching the muscles that get sore or tired by repetition, tension or simply by being immobile for a period of time.  Also, suggestions on what to do for the 'mini stretch breaks' that you can take to rejuvenate you during a long, enjoyable session of crafting so that you can craft even longer!!
